A threaded center within a shaped hollow section
The example has a curved outer wall, internal webs and a central threaded opening, with an open channel along one side. Define the full cross-section and mating interfaces on the drawing; the photograph does not establish a standard 40x40 section.
For a 40x40 project, provide those dimensions explicitly with the selected 6063 or 6061 alloy and temper. Identify the required thread standard and hardware rather than assuming compatibility with a generic T-slot system.
Cutting and finishing details
Include length, quantities and any CNC features, with the anodizing specification and masking at threads or contacts. Mark the profile and bore dimensions for inspection. No framing load rating is established by the image.
