Machined profile members and a transverse upright
The pictured assembly has a long horizontal member, a hollow upright and holes on the visible faces. The joint between the members is part of the supplied geometry. Custom aluminum extrusion and CNC machining enquiries should identify whether the order is for individual members or the completed assembly.
Define the members and their joint
Provide the section and finished length of each member. Locate the upright, holes and any end details from common assembly references. If welding is required, identify the joint preparation, weld locations and finished alignment to be inspected.
6061 and 6063 aluminum are listed material options, with cutting, welding and machining included in the processing scope. State the selected alloy and temper for each member, together with any requirements for the final assembled condition.
Include a surface finish and color specification; anodizing, oxide finishing and powder coating are listed options to assess for the design. Send quantities and member and assembly drawing revisions so manufacturing, dimensional inspection and the delivery proposal cover the same supplied scope.
