The illustrated housing-shaped component has a large circular end opening, corner holes and smaller side openings. This custom aluminum extrusion profile enquiry combines the continuous section with CNC-machined interfaces, which should be defined on the finished part drawing.
Control the end and side interfaces
- Show the central opening and outer envelope with the required finished length.
- Locate corner holes and side openings from the faces that determine assembly fit.
- Specify threads, internal steps or other machined details only where required by the drawing.
