Fins bordered by mounting flanges
The pictured heat sink sections have repeated fins and flanges with fixing holes at their sides. This OEM aluminum extrusion enquiry should define the finned body and its mounting interfaces together, including any separate section variants required.
Supply the cross-section with base and fin dimensions, flange positions and cut length. Locate the holes and show the mating assembly where it determines contact area or clearance. Provide thermal duty or operating constraints separately for design review; the images do not establish a cooling capacity.
Choose alloy and temper for the order
6061 and 6063 aluminum are listed options. The title includes T5 and T6 enquiries, so specify the required alloy and temper combination on the order drawing. These designations should not be treated as interchangeable.
Machining and anodized, oxide or powder-coated surface conditions can be considered for the chosen component. State the finish, color and any masking requirements. Include quantities, drawing revision and dimensional acceptance points for quotation of the finished heat sink.
