Locate the center opening and mounting bosses
The examples show shallow rectangular components with hexagonal center openings, surrounding bosses and internal ribs. Provide the center-opening profile and its position relative to the mounting holes. Include the mating insert or component geometry where the opening is part of an assembly interface.
ABS, PA66 nylon, PP and PC are material options for the custom injection-molding review. Identify the resin grade, wall thickness requirements and desired surface appearance for the selected design. Color and photograph texture alone do not determine the material.
