Define the hexagonal interface
Provide the required opening dimensions and its position relative to the plate's mounting features. Show the mating profile and the internal supports that locate connected parts. Identify which smaller pieces belong to the assembly and provide their drawings or part references.
ABS, PA66, PP, PC and TPU are listed material choices. Select the resin grade for each ordered piece, the required color reference and either texture or polished surface requirements. Different material options do not establish that every illustrated part uses the same resin.
Agree the assembly deliverable
Supply 2D drawings and 3D files where available, including revision, quantities and assembly instructions. Specify whether the requirement is for separate molded pieces or an assembled component set.
