Separate the finished component from its tooling
The retained image is a mixed range of molded forms, related components and mold tooling. Select the finished part required and identify any tooling request separately; the mold blocks are not interchangeable with the parts they produce.
Specify the resin grade for each component. If PE or nylon 6 is required, state that explicitly for review, since the general parameter list names PA66, PP, ABS and PC without confirming those additional choices for a selected part.
Define the part at its assembly contacts
Provide a drawing or model showing openings, mating faces and wall geometry. Include quantities, color and surface texture, with the dimensions needing inspection. The assorted examples do not establish one shared resin, size or completed assembly.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
