Define the tubular component and its mating pieces
The examples show long tubular bodies with patterned outer surfaces, internal threads, a perforated end face and a separate ring. Identify the pieces needed and provide an assembly section to show their relationships. Define the thread engagement, bore steps and positions of the end and side holes.
Model S240403 lists aluminum alloy with stainless steel among available materials, plus CNC turning, milling, deburring and surface treatment.
