End-face holes beside rounded fin ends
The illustrated dark heat sink has a parallel fin field and small holes in a broad end face. Locate the required holes from the base and side references, and define their depth and fit on the component drawing.
For a 6061 or 6063 aluminum extrusion enquiry, identify the chosen alloy and temper, cross-section and length. Separate the continuous fin geometry from holes or other features requiring CNC machining.
Black anodizing requirements
Specify the coating requirement and any faces needing a defined electrical or thermal contact condition. Add the installation layout, airflow, thermal requirements and quantities, with inspection dimensions for the finished interfaces.
