Choose the section that matches the assembly
The examples include hollow sections, slotted profiles and open forms with different mounting features. Identify the required section with a drawing and show how its openings, channels or ledges engage the mating parts.
6061 and 6063 are advertised alloy options. State the selected temper, including T5 where required, along with the full section dimensions and cut length. List secondary machining separately from the continuous profile geometry.
Finish and fit details
For anodizing, specify the color, cosmetic faces and any masking needs. Include quantities, inspection dimensions and the drawing revision for each required component in the enquiry.
