Define the end section and its mating channels
The example shows thin lengthwise fins between shaped outer regions, with curved edges and internal channel features at the end. Specify which surfaces locate the profile against its mating component, then dimension the section from those references.
Material and production requirements
State the requested 6061 or 6063 alloy, temper and extrusion route. The general sand-casting and CNC entry does not independently establish an extruded construction for the photographed section.
Include cut length, quantities and any end machining, with the required black-anodizing finish. Mark the channel, fin and wall dimensions for inspection. An identical-looking example elsewhere does not establish a new profile size, and color alone does not verify alloy or coating thickness.
