Open-center geometry and mounting interfaces
The red-finished example has an open central space, sloped side walls and a broad mounting base. Define the opening, top hole and base features from the faces that locate the component in its assembly.
Select material and treatment per component
For aluminum or stainless steel CNC machining, specify the actual grade and required turning or milling features. Define anodizing for an aluminum requirement separately from the finish selected for a stainless steel version.
Provide PDF/CAD drawings or IGES/STEP geometry, quantities and the drawing revision. Mark critical fit dimensions, contact-face conditions and the inspection records required for the finished part.
