Define the section before the machined features
The example range combines channel-like sections, fixing brackets, round pieces and other mounting forms. Supply the complete cross-section and cut length for the selected profile, with separate drawings for additional parts.
Choose 6063 or 6061 and state the required temper. Identify holes, slots and end faces needing machining after the blank is formed.
Anodizing at working and cosmetic surfaces
Include quantities, a color reference and masking requirements at fitted contacts. Mark the profile and machined dimensions to inspect. The general temper range and assortment photographs do not establish one shared size, finish or delivery commitment for every design.
