Fins above an open-ended housing profile
The two retained views show a dark finned section with side mounting flanges, fixing holes and an open channel beneath the upper surface. Define the cross-section, channel clearances and mounting contacts together on the component drawing.
Custom housing and heat-sink requirements
Specify the aluminum alloy, temper and extrusion route, with the cut length and any machined holes or end features. Identify any separate cover or end panel needed to complete the assembly.
Include quantities, black-anodizing requirements and inspection dimensions at the flanges and internal contacts. State the operating conditions and any enclosure or thermal tests required for the actual design. The finned profile alone does not establish electrical functionality or a verified cooling rating.
