Wide finned extrusion with side channels
The pictured aluminum profile combines a broad middle section with rows of longitudinal fins and deeper features along both sides. Custom heat sink profile orders need the complete cross-section, not just an overall width, so the fin arrangement and assembly interfaces are defined together.
Send the section drawing with base thickness, fin spacing and height, side-channel dimensions and required length. Identify fixing points and any holes or cutouts to be machined after cutting. Where the profile meets another component, show the contact area and the dimensions that control fit.
Specify material and operating requirements
6063 and 6061 aluminum are listed options. Choose the alloy and temper for the ordered extrusion, and provide any thermal duty or operating constraints for project review. The photograph does not establish a heat dissipation value.
Machining, anodized or oxide finishes and powder coating are available for consideration. Define the finish and color, including contact faces requiring a different condition. Quantity, drawing revision and inspection points should accompany the enquiry for a manufacturing and delivery proposal.
