A machined mounting face above deep fins
The light-colored example has a broad upper face with holes and shaped features, with long fins extending below it. Define the upper contact surface and fixing positions together, then dimension the finned section from the same references.
Alloy, temper and profile requirements
For a 6000-series T5 project, name the selected alloy and condition on the drawing. Specify whether extrusion is required for review; the retained sand-casting and CNC process list does not verify the blank-production route.
Mark the surfaces and holes needing CNC machining, and identify any masking before anodizing. Include quantities and inspection criteria at the upper face and fin clearance. Any thermal requirement needs the operating conditions of the actual installed component.
