A dense fin array with tall outer side regions
The dark rectangular example has closely spaced parallel fins and a broad outer body. Define fin height and spacing, the base thickness and the surfaces that contact the heat source or mounting assembly.
Clarify the route used to form the fins
For extrusion or skived-fin enquiries, select the required method and alloy for review. Those names are not interchangeable, and the retained sand-casting and CNC field does not establish the construction of the photographed part.
Include quantities, finish and any machined contacts. State the airflow, heat-source geometry and operating conditions, with the dimensional or thermal verification required. The density of the fins and black appearance alone do not establish cooling performance or an anodizing specification.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
