Define the housing and its separate closure parts
The example shows a rectangular housing with finned sides, an end panel and outward mounting feet. Specify the internal clearance, section length and end-panel interfaces, and identify the components to be included in the enquiry.
For an aluminum extrusion housing, state the alloy and temper, mounting-foot hole pattern and any secondary machining. Define the anodizing finish and mark mating or contact surfaces requiring a particular condition.
Assembly requirements
Provide the internal component layout, fastening details and quantities. Include any thermal, sealing or other enclosure requirements for review rather than assuming a rating from the sample construction.
