Aluminum hinge leaf for a custom leaning post
The pictured hinge leaf has a tubular barrel along one edge and three countersunk fixing holes across its flat mounting face. This OEM enquiry combines the leaning post hinge application with CNC turning, milling and drilling requirements for the ordered aluminum component.
Define the barrel and mounting fit
Provide the pin diameter, barrel length, leaf thickness and fixing-hole pattern. Show the mating leaf or assembly where it determines the hinge clearance and movement. Specify which dimensions require the stated 0.01 mm tolerance to be assessed, together with the inspection method.
Model 2110 lists aluminum, OEM/ODM service and a minimum quantity of 100 pieces. Include the selected alloy and requested anodized finish, with masking at fitted surfaces where necessary.
