The two blue examples show different profiles: one forms a complete ring around a central opening, while the other has an open end and shaped edges. Select the profile required for your design and supply section views showing the bore, outer contour, groove and overall thickness.
Separate prototype and molded-part requirements
PA66, PP, ABS and PC are listed resin options, with customized size, shape and color and a matte finish. Injection molding, cutting and painting are listed services. If the prototype enquiry includes CNC machining, identify those operations separately for review. Confirm the required quantities, resin grade and dimensional acceptance criteria before agreeing tooling and part supply.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
