Review the complete shaft profile
The illustrated assembly has a grooved shaft section, end journals and a toothed round element. The drawing should identify which pieces require manufacture and define their assembly relationship.
For this OEM auto and car-part machining enquiry, include the tooth geometry, groove profile, journal fits and any secondary operations needed for review. The S2405 record lists aluminum alloy, CNC machining, deburring, surface treatment and a minimum order of 100 pieces. Submit PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP files with the required material for each component, drawing revision and quantities.
