Describe the mounting arrangement
For a raised cover, show the profile height, opening shape and surrounding fixing points. For a round mounting form, define the central features and the peripheral slots. Include the mating-part information needed to determine which dimensions control the installed position.
PA66, PP, ABS and PC are listed material options, with custom dimensions and a matte surface finish. Select the resin grade and identify the actual dimensions requiring inspection. The parameter tolerance value needs its units and applicable features confirmed in the drawing before it is used as an acceptance requirement.
Quotation documents and quantity
Provide PDF/CAD drawings and STEP or IGES models where available, with revision and quantity per design. The listed minimum is 100 pieces. Clarify any companion hardware or inserts in the supply scope, and agree protection for raised features and finished surfaces during packaging.
