The examples show circular heat-sink forms with many vertical pins, including open central regions in some views. Define the base diameter and thickness, pin arrangement and mounting contacts for the required component.
Specify cold forging or casting explicitly
The original title refers to cold forging, while the retained process description refers to casting with optional machining. The pin-fin shape alone does not establish either route. State the selected aluminum alloy, process and required finished geometry for review.
Provide quantities, finish and any machined mounting features. Include the operating conditions and thermal verification requirements, with dimensions needed at enclosure interfaces if applicable. The examples do not establish a common cooling capacity or a complete supplied enclosure.
