A curved central section between two flanges
The dark example has a central bore, a narrowed middle region and fixing holes in its circular flanges. Define the bore axis, curved profile and flange spacing together, then locate the fixing pattern from those references.
Machining and finishing scope
For an aluminum component, provide the required alloy and drawing or CAD geometry. Mark turned surfaces, drilled holes and any additional milling, with the surface-treatment specification.
Include quantities and the mating-component layout. State inspection criteria for the bore, flange faces and hole positions, including any dimensional allowance required after finishing.
