Turned cylinder and a flat single-hole tab
The examples combine stepped cylindrical ends with flattened mounting areas, each containing one hole. Dimension the hole from the turned axis and shoulder references so both operation groups describe the same fitted component.
DM240306 lists aluminum alloy with CNC machining, deburring and surface treatment. The minimum order is 10 pieces. Anodizing, polishing, painting, powder coating and chrome plating are listed finish options. Identify fitted surfaces requiring masking and inspection. Provide PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings, quantities and revision for quotation.
