Circular profiles with defined bore and hub geometry
The S2405 examples include a grooved circular form with a raised center, a recessed face and a side hole visible in another view. Select the required profile and provide a section drawing showing the bore, hub, outer groove and overall width.
For an OEM or ODM project, specify the PA66 nylon or ABS grade rather than choosing resin from the sample color. Injection molding, cutting and painting are listed, with PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP drawings. State quantities and any texture or finish requests. Operating speed, load and wear requirements need the actual component specification.
