The S240307 examples show two rounded rectangular plastic housing pieces viewed from the inside. One includes a large rectangular window and an oval opening; internal bosses, ribs and smaller openings are visible across the pair. Specify the actual cover and housing configuration required for the order.
Coordinate the two housing pieces
Show the mating-edge profile and how the pieces are located and fastened. Dimension the rectangular window and other openings from the chosen references. Identify the bosses or supports that position internal components, including any surfaces that need clearance or a controlled fit.
Injection molding is listed with customer-selected color and finishing. PA66, PP, ABS and PC are resin options, and the chosen grade should match the application requirements. Define the visible outer surface and the required internal condition separately where they differ.
Complete the design brief
Provide the part drawings and matching 3D files where available, quantities and revision. Clarify whether the supply includes both housing pieces and any additional inserts or hardware.
