Identify each part in the plastic component range
The examples include narrow rectangular frames, long members with end features, an open box, a curved support and several mounting brackets. Mark the component required and provide its dimensions. For a frame or long part, define the mounting centers and mating edges; for a box or bracket, include the openings, ribs and fastening features.
PA66, PP, ABS and PC are material options for review. State the resin grade and any required reinforcement for each part, along with the requested color and surface appearance. The different colors and shapes in the sample group do not identify one shared resin specification.
For an OEM injection-molding enquiry, provide the part drawing, quantity per design and the features requiring inspection. State whether existing tooling is available or tooling development is needed. Include the drawing number and revision for each required component so the tooling and finished-part scope can be reviewed against the same design.
