The example has a curved outer shell, internal webs and a channel along one side. Dimension the bore axis and channel contacts together, including the section's wall thicknesses and the mating hardware geometry.
Specify the actual alloy and temper for the project. The material options name 6061 and 6063; a 6082 request needs separate review rather than being inferred from the general list.
Machining and finished fit
