Open channels above a finned underside
The retained section has broad side channels, raised central features and fins below its base. Define the entire cross-section, including the surfaces used by mating covers or components, rather than treating the fins as a separate part.
Route and machining scope
Define the aluminum alloy and temper for the extrusion. Show the channel interfaces and mark the contacts, holes or end details requiring secondary CNC machining. Keep machining tolerances tied to those drawing features rather than treating one reference value as a tolerance for the entire profile.
Provide length, quantities, finish and inspection requirements for the channels and mounting interfaces. Specify any anodizing exclusions at working faces. No thermal rating or certified factory status is established by the profile image or general parameter labels.
