Define the housing or cover to be made
The examples include open boxes, shallow covers, a flat plate with a rectangular cutout and a frame with long openings. Identify the required component and show its mating edges, fastening tabs, mounting holes and any cable or access openings on the drawing.
For PP, ABS or nylon enquiries, state the exact resin grade. The material information includes PA66, while PA6 appears in the enquiry topic; these should be identified separately rather than treated as one interchangeable nylon specification. Confirm the requested compound for the individual design.
Include quantity per component, the required color and surface appearance, and the dimensions that control assembly fit. Identify existing tooling or sample references where relevant. For a multi-part order, assign a drawing number and revision to each item, with separate resin and finish requirements where the designs differ.
