Ring profile with two mounting patterns
The illustrated ring has closely spaced holes around its outer flange and several tabs extending into the central opening. The drawing should relate the perimeter pattern and tab holes to the same references so their angular positions can be checked.
Specify the inner and outer diameters, section thickness, tab shapes and hole sizes. Identify any steps, fitted diameters or additional features required after turning and milling.
Anodized finish requirements
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy, customized sizes and anodized, oxide or powder-coated finish options. Provide a color reference and mark surfaces requiring masking or inspection after finishing. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP drawing formats are listed, with a minimum order of 100 pieces. Include quantity and drawing revision for quotation.
