A round cover with paired openings needs its face geometry and mating edge defined together. The S2307 example shows a circular recessed form on a wider base, with two adjacent openings. Set the paired openings against the mating part
Dimension the opening diameters, center spacing and their position within the circular face. Show the depth of the recessed form and the edges that locate the S2307 cover against its counterpart. A section view can identify the wall profile and the faces used for inspection without relying on photographed proportions.
Agree the cover material and appearance
Select the resin grade for the actual assembly, including any operating conditions that affect the choice between PA66, PP, ABS and PC. Specify the required color and the visible surfaces that need a matte appearance. Cutting or painting requirements should be identified in the manufacturing brief so the finished geometry can be reviewed together with the appearance.
Provide the S2307 drawing revision, quantity and acceptance dimensions with the enquiry. If the paired openings serve a regulated or electrical application, obtain the applicable design and compliance evidence for that configuration. The illustrated shape supplies geometry context rather than an electrical rating or a universal mating specification.
