The illustrated components combine tapered circular faces with stepped centers, broad slots and cross holes. These examples can be reviewed as individual custom parts or within an OEM set enquiry, with a separate drawing and quantity for every ordered item.
Define the cone angle, outer and center dimensions, slot width and depth, and cross-hole locations. Show the mating geometry and identify the surfaces used to inspect fit and alignment.
Quotation for the supplied parts
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy with customized sizes and anodized, oxide or powder-coated finish options. Mark contact surfaces requiring masking. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP formats are listed, with a minimum order of 100 pieces. Include part numbers, revisions and quantity breakdown for review.
