Identify the required enclosure or frame component from its actual drawing. The dark examples show one rectangular body with an internal rib grid and corner bosses, and another with a large rectangular opening. Their arrangement does not establish a matched supplied assembly, common resin or verified enclosure performance.

Coordinate the ribbed body and open frame

Provide individual sections, perimeter geometry and fixing locations from assembly datums. Identify which parts mate and define the actual contact, clearance and retention requirements. Specify any inserts, fasteners or seals included in the delivery rather than assuming that both photographed forms accompany every order.

Select the polymer and molding requirements

PP, nylon and ABS are material directions for separate grade selection. Define the exact formulation, required condition and material records for each component. Specify color, matt appearance and any secondary cutting or painting where needed. Similar dark surfaces do not establish identical resin or processing requirements.

Define tooling and component acceptance separately

If mold making is requested, agree its deliverables, ownership and acceptance independently from finished-part supply. Mark component tolerances with units and final measurement conditions. Any sealing, electrical or environmental requirement needs actual service conditions and applicable evidence for the intended assembly.

  • Identify each ribbed body or open-frame drawing.
  • Locate perimeter, bosses and mating contacts.
  • Choose exact PP, nylon or ABS formulation.
  • Define finish and any supplied assembly pieces.
  • Agree part inspection and separate tooling scope.

Include quantities and requested inspection documentation. Keep the proposed molded-component schedule aligned with the actual assembly definition, without treating a photograph as proof of a completed or qualified enclosure.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
