Curved ends and a long connecting section
The two dark examples have open curved ends joined by a long body. Define the opening width, inside radius and section dimensions at both ends, including the geometry of the surface the hook will contact.
Material requirements for the intended use
Specify the ABS or nylon resin grade and any load or environmental requirement. If fire resistance is needed, provide the applicable test standard, rating and section thickness; the general resin list does not establish fire performance.
Include quantities, color, surface finish and drawing revision. Mark dimensions and test records required for the end openings and connecting section. No working-load rating or fire certification is established by the hook shape or its dark color.
