A molded shovel enquiry starts with its blade, handle and intended use. The S2306 examples show a shaped blade, a ribbed transition and a handle opening. ABS, PP, PC and PA66 material requirements can be discussed for custom injection molding, together with the required size, color and matte appearance.
Define the blade and handle as one design
Show the blade outline, edge condition, handle cross-section and opening dimensions on the S2306 drawing. Identify the surfaces that are held or contacted during the intended use and specify the relevant acceptance requirements. The photograph provides a shape reference; the ordered shovel geometry should be agreed in a dimensioned drawing.
Confirm the requirements for a toy project
If the shovel is intended as a toy, provide the intended market and applicable material and finished-product test requirements before selecting the configuration. Choose the actual resin grade and obtain evidence relevant to that grade and design. The available material options do not establish a common age suitability, durability rating or toy-safety approval.
For the S2306 molding quotation, include the selected color reference, quantity and drawing revision. Confirm whether cutting or painting is required and which surfaces need a matte finish. Agree the inspection scope and required documentation for the complete molded shovel rather than relying on appearance alone.
