Define the connector profile and mounting face
The dark example has a broad mounting region, raised features and an elongated opening through the projecting body. Dimension the opening, wall sections and mating face from common references on the drawing.
Flame retardancy requires a selected resin specification
For PA6 or PA66 reinforced nylon, identify the resin grade and reinforcement content required. If flame performance is necessary, state the test standard, rating and applicable thickness. A generic nylon name or molded appearance does not establish those properties.
Include quantities, color reference and finish, with the dimensions controlling the connection to its mating part. Provide any required material and inspection documents. The proposed reinforcement and fire-performance requirements need review for the actual connector design.
