Section, length and secondary operations
Show channel openings, edge contours and wall dimensions on the drawing. Provide the required cut lengths and locate any drilled holes or CNC features from the fitted faces. Include adjoining components where they establish the connection or inspection requirements.
6063-T5 and 6061-T6 are the listed material and temper options. Identify the selected combination together with the extrusion, cutting and machining scope needed for the finished profile.
Define the color finish
Anodizing, oxide finishing and powder coating are available for review. Supply an approved color reference and state any masking or dimensional checks required on fitted channels. Send quantity and drawing revision so the manufacturing proposal covers the requested section, finished lengths and surface specification.
