Define the required cover panel from its actual opening arrangement. The pale examples include a plain square cover, one with a small rectangular opening and another with two larger openings and fixing holes. The assortment does not establish common dimensions, a supplied set or a verified electrical or switch function.
Locate openings and fixing contacts for each panel
Provide individual sections, perimeter details and the mating-component drawing. Specify whether regions are open, recessed or part of the wall. Locate fixing holes from functional datums and identify any inserts, fasteners or other pieces included in the delivery rather than assuming a complete cover assembly.
- Identify each square panel and opening arrangement.
- Provide cover and mating-component drawing revisions.
- Select actual PC, PE or ABS formulation.
- Define appearance and any supplied accessories.
- Agree dimensional and application acceptance records.
Select resin and a compatible finish
PC, PE and ABS are separate material directions. State the actual grade, required condition and supporting material records for each component. Define color, texture, polish, paint or another treatment individually where compatible with the chosen polymer and intended use.
Inspect the finished cover interfaces
Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the perimeter, openings and fixing regions. Any electrical, mechanical or environmental requirement needs actual service conditions and applicable evidence. A square panel image does not prove insulation performance or installation compatibility.
Include PDF/CAD or IGES/STEP geometry, quantities and requested inspection documentation. Separate different panel configurations on the quotation schedule so the proposed supply follows the correct drawing and interface definition.
