The Dmetal2309 examples show long molded plastic bars with shaped ends and mounting holes at both ends. Several sample colors are illustrated. For a custom ABS plastic molding enquiry, define the required bar profile and mounting span in the drawing; the image does not provide a standard length or load rating.
Bar profile and end connections
Specify overall length, section dimensions and the hole locations at each end. Show the mating surfaces and any clearance needed around fasteners or adjacent parts. The end geometry should be dimensioned separately where it differs from the main bar section.
ABS, PA66, PP and PC appear in the listed material range, with glass-fiber material requests also noted. Choose the exact resin and any reinforcement requirement for the ordered part. A sample color does not identify the resin grade or establish its stiffness.
Production enquiry
Supply a PDF drawing and STEP or STP file where available, with quantities per design and revision. The listed minimum is 100 pieces. Agree dimensional acceptance and any material documentation required for the actual bar before approving the molding proposal.
