Channel profiles with defined edge features
The examples are elongated open channel sections with raised edges and smaller locating features along the sides. Define the usable opening, wall sections and edge geometry on a complete cross-section drawing.
Choose the alloy and finished appearance
6061, 6063 and 6082 are advertised options for custom enquiries. State the selected alloy and temper, including T5 if required by the project. For anodizing, specify the color and surface requirements for the selected component rather than identifying the alloy from a sample color.
Include the cut length, end condition and any secondary holes or machining. Show the mating pieces and fit dimensions for the side features. Add quantities, cosmetic-face requirements and the drawing revision so the section and finishing scope can be reviewed together.
