Use the side flanges as mounting references
This profile has a row of tall parallel fins between side sections with outward mounting flanges. Specify the flange widths, base geometry and overall height, then locate mounting holes and any end features from those references.
For a custom aluminum extrusion enquiry, state the alloy and temper, cut length and required machining. Identify which surfaces contact the mating assembly and define any finish or flatness requirement there.
Explain the cooling arrangement
Provide the heat-source position, space around the fins, airflow conditions and thermal design requirement. Include quantities, surface-treatment details and the drawing revision for review.
