Define the fin layout for the selected component
The example range includes finned plates, sections with mounting wings and parts with machined contact faces. Select the required geometry on a drawing and specify the base, fin spacing and overall envelope.
For a dense-fin aluminum extrusion enquiry, provide the alloy and temper and any secondary machining needed. Define the anodizing requirement for the selected component and the surface condition at its heat-source interface.
Installation information
Include the heat-source layout, mounting fasteners, airflow and required thermal performance. Add profile length, quantities and a revision reference so the manufacturing and finishing scope can be reviewed for that design.
