A section drawing makes the connector requirements clear
The two examples have hollow central geometry, circular corner openings and slots along their sides. Identify the selected section and dimension its slot entry, internal cavities and mating hardware interfaces; the examples do not define one universal framing connection.
For a custom 6000-series aluminum extrusion, state the selected alloy and temper. Provide cut lengths, end-hole or thread requirements and any secondary-machined locating surfaces.
Finish and assembly references
Specify anodizing or another required treatment with cosmetic and contact areas marked. Include the assembly drawing, quantities and the dimensions controlling alignment between joined sections, so the profile and connector can be reviewed together.
