Threaded bore and radial hole alignment
The cylindrical example has an internally threaded opening, stepped outer diameters and a side hole. Show the bore and thread in section, including their depths and the position of the radial opening. Define which surfaces locate the part during assembly.
Model Dmetal-200444 lists aluminum alloy CNC turning, milling and drilling with customized size. Provide PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings, the actual alloy and required quantities. Agree the thread inspection method and the finish on mating surfaces. The shape alone does not establish a pipe connection standard, pressure rating or sealed assembly.
