Fit around the mating part
Specify the curved profile and the geometry of each tab and opening. Provide the mating-component dimensions and identify the faces that locate the molded piece. If a feature is intended to engage or retain another part, state the functional requirements and acceptance method for that design.
ABS is listed with PA66, PP, PC and glass-fiber material options for review. Specify the exact grade and any reinforcement requirement; neither the blue sample color nor the shape determines these properties. Injection molding and cutting form the listed processing scope.
