Define the selected component from its drawing rather than the assortment alone. The black examples include bracket-like frames, rounded-contact blocks and a long ribbed piece. This image also appears on another product page, so it does not establish a different engineering specification or a distinct material grade by itself.

Identify the required frame or contact block

Provide individual sections, fixing locations and mating-part geometry from functional datums. Specify which contact surfaces control installation, with any clearance or retention requirements. Assign separate references and quantities for different configurations and identify inserts or hardware only where they are part of the delivery.

Choose ABS or PP for the actual order

ABS and PP are separate formulations, with other listed polymers selected independently where requested. State the exact grade, required condition and material records for each component. Define matt appearance, color reference and any secondary cutting or painting without inferring chemistry from a shared black surface.

  • Reference each frame or rounded-contact block.
  • Define drawing revision and mating interfaces.
  • Specify actual ABS or PP formulation.
  • Choose finish and any supplied accessories.
  • Agree final inspection and service acceptance.

Inspect the component in its delivered condition

Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the working contacts. Mechanical, environmental or functional requirements need actual operating conditions and applicable tests. Reused imagery establishes neither a supplied kit nor load capacity or installed compatibility.

Include quantities, controlled geometry and requested documentation with the enquiry. Keep the proposed supply tied to individual component definitions rather than an assumed difference between pages using the same example photograph.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
