Define each hollow connector through its flange, external tabs and threaded-looking outer region. The six black examples show differing cylindrical forms. Their appearance does not establish an exact thread standard, common resin, supplied set or suitability for electrical or fluid service.
Specify the connection rather than scaling the image
Provide component sections, actual thread designation and the mating-part drawing. Locate flange contacts and external tabs from functional datums. Identify any seals, inserts or hardware included in the delivery and distinguish separate configurations with their own drawing revisions and quantities.
Select printing or injection molding explicitly
State whether the request concerns a prototype, a printed component or an injection-molded part. Define the actual process, material formulation and required condition for that delivery. A shared polymer name does not independently establish equivalent properties between printed and molded versions, and the photograph cannot identify the production route.
- Reference each connector and mating drawing.
- Define actual thread, flange and tab geometry.
- Choose process and exact resin formulation.
- Specify finish and any supplied seals or inserts.
- Agree interface and application acceptance tests.
Accept the connector for its defined service
Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the connection surfaces. If pressure, sealing, electrical or environmental performance is required, provide actual operating conditions and applicable evidence. A cylindrical opening or thread-like appearance does not establish such a rating.
Provide connector drawings and the requested resin and inspection records. Keep prototype acceptance separate from the production specification, particularly at the actual thread and flange interfaces.
