The examples combine cylindrical bodies with external threaded ends and central openings in the opposite faces. Dimension the body, thread and opening from the same axis, and define the seating surfaces against the mating parts.
Thread and machining setup review
Model Dmetal lists CNC turning and milling, with stainless steel among the machining capabilities. Specify the required grade, quantities and inspection dimensions in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings. Identify any five-axis requirement separately so the setup can be reviewed for the actual geometry. Agree the appropriate surface treatment and define the thread acceptance requirements; neither alloy grade nor thread size can be determined from the image.
